DELIVERY CHARGES and TIMES

Most regular UK orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For™ First Class and are charged by weight. Some larger UK orders will be sent via courier on either a 1-2 day or 3-5 day service.

Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within 2 working days (usually within 1 working day) & shipped Royal Mail Recorded/Signed For™ First Class or courier as above.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we'll ship on the day of order where possible.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of horsfall & wright products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax then it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Delta.

RETURNS

If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us in its original packaging and condition within 10 days and we will arrange for either a refund or a replacement. We can’t be held responsible for items lost on their way back to us, so please obtain proof of posting when returning anything to us. We will refund return postage only in the case of damaged or faulty goods.

If you miss the delivery and don't arrange re-delivery or pick up the item from your local Post Office within 7 days then it will be returned to us. We will then either re-send at an additional cost to you or refund you the value of your order minus the original postage costs.

All claims for non-delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.

JURISDICTION

The contract will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the parties to the contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

If you are not totally satisfied we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The goods must be returned to horsfall & wright within 10 days in the condition they were received, as above.

Acceptance of these Terms will not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
